United Methodist Youth Fellowship
The Junior & Senior High United Methodist Youth Fellowship is for youth 6th through 12th grades, also known as the UMYF (United Methodist Youth Fellowship). They meet each week from 5:30 - 7 PM for dinner and a program, unless otherwise stated. The youth group strives for a balanced program of fellowship, study, outreach and worship.
“ACTS OF GOD” DRAMA TROUPE
“Acts of God” is for 6th - 12th graders. They meet on Tuesdays from 6:15 - 7 PM. The group rehearses and prepares a program of skits with a Christian or moral message. Some local travel for programs is involved.
CONFIRMATION CLASS
A confirmation class is offered each year to youth, grades 6 and up, who wish to learn what it means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ. Topics covered include Church history, United Methodist history, membership, worship, and life decisions. The class is traditionally offered late winter to spring. YOUTH BIBLE STUDY
When available, the Youth Bible Study is open to 8th - 12th grade youth who are ready to commit to a 34 week disciple forming survey of the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation. New sessions would be offered in the Fall.
